How do I place an order ?Ordering from FS is easy! When viewing an item select your size and click 'Add to Cart' You can view the items in your Cart at any time by checking on the 'Cart' icon on the top right corner of every page. Once you have reviewed the items in your cart, you can either continue shopping or check out and place your order. At check out you will have two payment methods; Visa, MC, AMEX or Paypal.

My item arrived damage or faultyIf you receive an item that is clearly damaged or faulty, you should take photos showing the damage and contact us as soon as possible. This needs to be done within 3 business days after your item got delivered. We will find an outcome that you're happy with. Please note that our policy does not cover: - Normal wear and tear - Damage arising from improper opening of packages (e.g. using scissors may cut through clothing) - Damage arising from abnormal use or abuse - Damage as a result of improper maintenance and care (e.g. ironing damage)

How can I track my order ?All orders processed during business hours Monday - Friday are dispatched the following business day. Orders placed on Saturday are dispatched on Monday. Orders are shipped with an approximate delivery time of 3-5 business days. After your order is shipped you will be able to receive your tracking number. *This number will be provided at the customer request. Please also note that tracking information is sent via email within 24 hours.

Clothing SizesFlamingo Season is a multi-brand retail store. We carry over 8 different brands that are carefully selected with you in mind. All brands run a little different but most of them run true to size.
